Rotary Brushcutting was established in 1990 as a dedicated roadside brush cutting service. By the mid 1990’s. Rotary Brushcutting built all their brush cutters "in house" which are much more powerful and technically advanced from the "off the shelf" units that are available. By 1996 the Company spun off a second side that did nothing but manufacture brush cutters for resale. The name of the Co. was called Numac Industries. In late 1998 thru 1999 Bill sold the Manufacturing Co. to a successful entrepreneur from California. The Co. was moved to a new location in Burlington, WA. and renamed U.S. Mower. Bill went back to working in their contract Brush cutting Co. full time.
Currently RBC has 13, four wheel drive, 110 H.P. tractors with 25’ boom mowers and 60’ rotary axe cutter heads. They also have 1 Hitachi excavator with a 200 H.P. power pack engine to direct drive the Piranha 60" rotary axe mulcher head for fuel load reductions, fire breaks and a great alternative to conventional clear and grub projects. Currently RBC averages 1000 miles of logging road cutting each year. Being a dedicated Co. that does nothing but focus on roadside brush cutting and fuel load reduction. Our operators are fast efficient and knowledgeable to maximize the customer’s budget. Couple that with our "in House" manufacturing capabilities means more production for less money.
